All our fur products are made from "guilt-free" fur.

That means that no animal was killed to make these beautiful items because

the pelts come from animals who have died from natural causes.

Return and Refund Policy For

"ITEMS PURCHASED AT RETAIL PRICE ONLY"

(SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS - NO RETURN OR REFUND)

If you are less than 100% satisfied with any FULL RETAIL PRICED order from C R Alpacas, Inc.,
let us know within 5 days of receipt and return your merchandise
in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for exchange or refund  -  less a 10% restocking fee - no refund for freight charges.

Return your merchandise in its original condition along with a copy of your sales receipt within 15 days of receipt, and we will exchange the merchandise or refund the merchandise amount less a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you paid with a personal check or money order, we will issue a refund check; if you used a credit card through PayPal, we will credit your account through PayPal.

Shipments arriving with damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 5 days so we can assist you with the claim process.

We are a full service breeding farm and gift shop!

We cannot issue a refund for merchandise which is damaged on its way back to us or which we do not receive.  To be sure that your return qualifies for a refund, we strongly suggest that it be sent via an insured shipping method such as USPS Insured Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS.

Wholesale, commercial and special/sale priced purchase orders are not eligible for refund.
